  • Custom Orders: Processing times for custom or pre-order items may vary. Details will be provided at checkout.

    • Rates vary based on location and order weight.

  2. Express Shipping:

    • Delivery within 2-5 business days.
    • Additional charges apply.

  3. International Shipping:

    • Delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Customs fees may apply (see below).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over 100 USD.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Fixed rates for standard shipping on orders under 100USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at info@xelanadyos.com.

International Orders

For international deliveries:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipment.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the package:

  • The customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
  • Refunds for the product (minus shipping costs) will only be issued once the package is returned to us in its original condition.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delays & Issues

Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs, or carrier issues). Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
